Living in a country with it for all of my 40+ years of adult life I can't imagine not having it. Even the conservative here fear to try to change it because the political consequences are dire. Not having universal healthcare would be like living in a third world country.

Thank you. I still don't understand why we don't. Then I think about all the lobbyists that are getting paid to prevent the end of a medical system that kills.
