An excerpt from the article at this link, []

“If they had some kind of a protection inside the temple maybe it could have been a very much different situation,” Trump said to reporters about the shooting at a synagogue that was holding a shabbat religious service. “They didn’t and he was able to do things that unfortunately he shouldn’t have been able to do,” Trump told reporters before getting on Air Force One to fly to Indianapolis for a farmers’ convention.

Sounds like he is victim blaming! He doesn't seem very concerned about it. Just that they should have had an armed guard.

Trump's complete lack of empathy and his constant blaming of victims of violence are despicable! But then again, that is how narcissists behave. I am most definitely not making any excuses for the guy, but I am just completely baffled how this severely mentally ill person could end up as President of the U.S.!

He’s an idiot. There were armed police in there.

@OwlInASack. Of course he can, after all he's a Nationalist..

This shit has got to stop! I'm almost speechless, & that's amazing right there!

I'm not a fan of dailykos. The blatant Hillary bias during the 2016 primary made me drop it from my politainment reading.

Dokala, I hear you. I often get irritated by the posts, as well, but occasionally find some of their posts worthwhile, like the present one.

You misunderstand, I won't bother to read dailykos, so I didn't click.

Trump suggests armed guard would have prevented the tragedy. Is that what we have come to? No public gatherings without immediate protection?
