I don't look Hispanic, so when Brian takes me to visit his little old ladies across the street from him, OMCHEZZUS!!!! The crap that spews out of their mouths! I give him this look, like get me the fuck out of here before I open my mouth and fuck shit up!

I know our culture is just imbued in racism, but just a bit of thought will quell that crap. I know I have some biases yet, especially being an old, straight, white guy, but I try to recognize them & root them out. It's likely a life-long project, but not really hard. Just takes some thought & empathy. Unfortunately too many people seem to lack both.
@phxbillcee These are old white hillbilly ladies! Most of his neighborhood is like that! Confederate flags on their front yards and trump crap too, yeah, scary to a Hispanic like me!
