Yes, but only when done in a manageable manner. It's really easy to bite off more than one can chew.

The problems with even one like that is that all of a sudden you have more veggies than you can consume. The local restaurants won't touch 'em. You can't give them away....so you freeze and "can" ( or jar) as much as you can....there's a lot of loss in a garden even that big/small.

I just put my plants out this afternoon. It's suppose to rain over the next three or four days... so we will see!
