I decided to put out regular bark mulch this year (vs. arborists' shreds), and play with the planting of a few new flowering plants, to attract more bees and hummers. A few strawberries are in, and three types of sweet peppers, while the other vege garden and salad planters are still waiting.
My sweet little Charisma rose is full of brightly lit blooms this year, and the always prolific white Icebergs just glow at night, which I love!
