Hello People! I try various forms of gardening each year in an effort to improve my methods and yield a better harvest. I live in the Memphis, TN area which has a great water table, but the PH balance of our soil is terrible, so raised garden beds, it is! I'm trying cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, and carrots this year. Started everything as seeds, and last night, we got hit with one heck of a whopper storm. I'm hoping that my little sproutlings didn't drown nor drift. I guess I'll find out this afternoon.
