Does anyone know how to break a weight loss stall? Something other than fasting would be great! I'm already under 20 carbs a day so I'm at a loss here... I've lost 25lbs in the last 5 months or so... and I'd like to lose 10 more...I've gained a lot ...

I found Monk Fruit sweetener at Costco yesterday. It’s granulated like sugar and taste like sugar but has 4g of sugar alcohols. It’s keto friendly so I’ll be trying it in dessert recipes soon. Will post results!

I am not keto per se, but had my doctor order a large carb cut due to sky high triglycerides in my blood. Breaking a life long habit of bread, potatos, or pasta with meals has helped tremendously. It was a difficult change, but worth it.

New to the group, been eating keto for 9 weeks, lost 32 pounds. I've been stalled for the last couple weeks tho, so I'm thinking of doing an extended fast. I sure wish I could sleep for 2 days, it would make fasting so much easier!!!!
