There appears to be an AR-15? (idk guns that well) on his arm too. Seems like an all American douchebag type tattoo.

@Kynlei OK - - I stand corrected. It should go without saying that anyone that denies the existence of germs is denying an established fact, and almost certainly doing so for nefarious and immoral purposes. It is disgusting that he imagines that he is one of "We the People..." when one of those immoral purposes is to divide people.
