We got our kicks by showing younger children the star on the end of the cow's teat.

Did you inherit it?

My grandfather was a technician at the Greenwich Research Laboratory he invented the first gas poker, and made a pair of handcuffs that Houdini at the beginning of his career couldn't get out of & he never told anyone but my grandmother.

He was also the technician at the first splitting of the atom and was patted on the back for it whilst all the Toffs threw their top hats in the air.

He never made any money out of these ventures at all but got some sort of certificate from King George which was always on the mantelpiece.

We had a milk box on our front porch when I was very young, now I am clinically insane what a coincidence.

My great grandfather drove around in a horse drawn wagon inducing insanity in others all over Kansas, Missouri and Ohio. (Traveling preacher, oh the shame)

Did he charge for the milk? Did people pay? If so he wasn't insane...he was a businessman.

LOL! Very funny! My grandad used to go to the flea market and buy shoes like they had gone out of style (which they likely had). He'd ride his bike, good weather or bad, until he had a chance meeting with a larger, more substantial vehicle.

When he was younger, and driving, I was told, he'd often wake up screaming like the passengers in his car.

I had an uncle who did something like that, but he got arrested because he delivered mail or maybe because he was naked.

Does he have a lot of children that all look different?

Sort of a Monty Python level of insanity there, however beats hell out of barricading yourself in the basement waiting for Obama.

And He still got them Christmas cards...lol.

He clearly was short of a few pints if not cows in the paddock and dairy.
