Some days ago, I mentioned that my landlord exploits homeless women for sex. He lets them stay here for a few days, and then he lowers the boom: have sex with him or move back onto the streets.

I had kept in contact with one of the women he tried this on; she decided to move out rather than give into him. He had done all manner of inappropriate things with her: groping, kissing, and so on.

It turns out that she is transgendered. My landlord is more than a little close-minded. So it delighted me to no end to tell him the news.

"Oh well, she didn't get me hard or anything. I could tell something was wrong." Considering that his inappropriate behavior lasted until the day she left, I rather doubt that.

He is out and about now, no doubt worrying about his sexuality. That is all to the good.

Please report your landlord to the police. He is breaking the law.

This landlord angers me. Preying on the vulnerable is despicable.

Nardi Level 7 June 19, 2018

Agreed...

On the other hand, preying on the landlord ?... I could see some sport in that.

@Outside1967 I don’t know how to respond. Let’s just say I wouldn’t do that to anyone.

11

Turn his perverted ass in...that is Extortion at a minimum, and if he took Section 8 money for any of these people, it is a Federal Offense!

11

What a horrible post. In so many ways.

The more I think of this the more I think this is exactly how religion operates. Preying on the vulnerable and offering false security for their souls. Disgusting.

I live such a sheltered life.

5

That's horrible. I'd put up notices in shelters and other area his potential victims might frequent.

Previous landlord was horrible, he lived on the premises, but a separate area and would walk in at all hours. I grew really paranoid about it, and began to think he might have cameras, like in the bathroom even. He just had that real perv vibe. I took to showering at night and was never comfortable there. I left a month early on a three month lease and took a hit of several hundred dollars even though he had a new renter lined up the day after I moved out. This was over four years ago.

I love where I live now, I do share a house with another person, but I have my own completely private area with my own bathroom and my own mini kitchen.
I do have use of the laundry area downstairs as well as the full kitchen if I chose, but as a singleton a toaster over/hot plate/crock pot/microwave will cover what I need nearly all the time.

@Outside1967 Exciting opportunity? Being forced to put out in order to have roof over your head is exciting? Exciting for the power hungry pervert that only enjoys sex if it is forced upon someone that would ordinarily say no.

@Outside1967 If he were up front about the situation it would be a different. It is obvious from the original post that is not the case.

@Outside1967 actually I don't think prostitution is wrong under certain circumstances nor am I a self righteous person but your assumptions reveal the type of conversationist you are.

Thanks for playing, buh bye

@SherryMartin I think prostitution should be legalized.
That it is not causes it to dwell in the darker corners where many women are exploited and often exposed to violence from their pimps and clients both.

5

What kind of sick behavior is that. What a SB pervert.

5

What a douche! I hope this causes him to question his whole identity.

5

How awful.

4

Better hope he doesn't track her down, then beat her up or worse. He might even follow you to get to her. Or worse, extort you for her location.

1 in 12 Transgender people are murdered every year.

@Iamkratom That wouldn't surprise me. Where did you get that statistic?

I've stopped visiting her for exactly that reason. She has a circle of friends now, and honestly I don't have the resources to help her.

3

You need to do the right thing and report his ass

What would he report?

3

What a disgusting pig he is.

2

Sounds like he needs his dick ripped off and shoved down his throat. And the people who "see no problem with it" should too. This is abhorrent and disgusting

Yeah. there's one of those down thread.

@BufftonBeotch Yes, he called it an exciting opportunity for the poor women

@SherryMartin Yeah. Seems like a real charmer, doesn't he?

2

Call the fucking cops!

And report what?

@MsAnneThrope - attempted rape.

@JayTea i don't see attempted rape in his narrative. Maybe simple assault. Maybe. But even with that the victim would have to file the complaint. The witness would not have any cause. "Hello police? I have a roommate who assaults homeless women by trying to kiss them, grope them, and tries to coerce them into sex for living here rent free".

@MsAnneThrope - rape is non consensual sex. Attempting to coerce someone into sex by offering some economic benefit is either prostitution (if willingly accepted) or non consensual sex i.e. rape if unwillingly accepted. Either way the guy is a creep.

@JayTea according to the story, the landlord "tries" to coerce them. He provides them the alternative: fuck me, or go back to streets. A person has the right to go back ti the street if one if the twi choices is not appealing. Also, adult woman can consider the two choices and make the decision to fuck the guy. He has no real life power over them. He doesn't have control over their jobs. Over their housing even. He is not required to have them at his home at all, much less without paying rent. They have every right to leave or stay, or even be kicked out of any sofa they find themselves. They have every right to say no and be out on the streets ir back at a shelter. Im not suggesting the scenario isn't shitty. It is. But, there is no rape suggested in this story. It's a narrative about a pig and the homeless women he "tries" to coerce.

1

Surely his actions constitute a form of rape? Isnt this exactly what the #meetoo action is all about, men in positions of power using it for sexual gratification? Seriously disgusting behaviour - he should be called to account.

So long as what goes on happens between two consenting adults, I don't have a problem with this arrangement. He needs to be absolutely clear right up front about his intentions though. This bullshit about letting someone stay for a few days and then threatening to kick them out if they refuse to start sleeping with him is blackmail.

1

These people never grow into a fully functioning person, if they did, they would form a relationship and enjoy a sex life, for real! I guess it’s the power they believe they have...but not legitimate power...fake power!

This guy should be in prison. I'm not sure why you would post this here and not to the authorities.

0

You really need a new landlord.

That is one sick in the head prick there!! Then on the other hand, in the Arab world, ALL women are considered to be nothing but whores, selling their body in exchange for a home to live in and food to eat. THAT is why in what we call the Middle East nations, women are so often brutalized by their husbands and other males. Most of them have no love for their wife and women in general because they do not respect them in the first place. That was probably a big reason why back in 1951 Islam and Muslims were banned from U.S. soil. Also, the fact that they have the openly stated goal of destroying our nation and way of life. No one with an IQ above 100 (except for the psychos!) buys into Islam, you generally have to be STUPID first!!
But I fail to see why he should have any concern about his own gender preferences now. Do you care to explain that one to me?

Randy

Nasty racism rears its head even here. religion and race aside assholes are everywhere and your broad sweeping statements puts you right in there with them. Rape and exploitation is everywhere and is a separate crime to humanity from religion and regional tradition. You should probably re-write your vulgar statement.

I might not be the most worldly educated, but I believe that your statement is way out in left field, this was a serious discussion! I didn’t find anything believable in your post!
