Nyssa al Ghul (as interpreted on the Arrow TV show). But I dressed up as a Ninja Turtle instead to meet the Arrow himself (because he starred in the NinjaTurtles movie).

@JohnINFP He said You look great, to me, and I would just never ever ever forget that. We ended up having to retake the first picture because I blinked in the first one. He was so nice though.
