Hello! New here. I’m mainly looking for a relationship with a like-minded woman, but open to other connections. I believe that no person in a committed relationship should be in any other relationship with persons of the opposite sex. You can’t be fully committed if you’re hanging out with your “guy” friends. It’s unfair to your spouse, and fost3rs suspicion and jealousy. I want a woman who wants to be with me and me alone. It’s called forsaking all others. I don’t believe In gods, but the Bible is a great resource for proper morals and values. As for Jesus, he is probably the same guy who called himself Muhammad. They both allegedly spent 40 days in the desert, yadayada, became delusional and you know the rest. I believe a profit existed, but in the retelling of stories, much is lost, added, or distorted.

I want to welcome you here. And I read your posts and would sincerely like to comment on what you propose. First let me say, that people are not owned...like property! A person, any person spends time with you because they enjoy your company and not because you are the only ‘game in town’ exhibiting love! Your post sounds like, you believe that love and caring is rationed! And, if you ever find someone to love and be loved by...that you will need to keep them in your ‘gilded cage,’ where no harm can touch either of you? (There is no perfectly safe place on earth.) And, it appears that you do not believe that trust and loyalty and commitment, exists!? (Thus you need to keep the love that you find or have...in a ‘gilded cage!). Love is everywhere, manifesting in many different ways...it is unlimited as far as I can find over my 78 years! I hope that you find a relationship, but I am here to inform you...that not too many people that I have ever met want to be imprisoned...not even by love! Love sets us free...we can be more of who we were meant to be, because love supports us to be our best selves. Another person has your back when the chips fall all to ‘hell,’ etc! Love NEVER imprisons...unless ofcourse it is malfunctioning!!! Maybe a little more exposure on what love is and is not...would be in order here! I wish you luck which ever way you go!

So, basically, you are a controlling person who doesn't believe that women should be allowed to have friends.
What part of the Bible has all these great morals and values? When they are stoning women to death for not being virgins or when they are telling women to be submissive to their husbands?

Also, "Prophet" not "profit".

I wish I could put a big tattoo on your forehead warning women to run!

@Nobody_Special I stand by my reasoning based on the fact that you stated 1) that a woman dating you won't be allowed to have male friends. I guess lesbian friends would be ok, though? right? hahahahaha because not one women in the history of the world ever cheated with another woman. So, now you probably won't let any further SO have any friends at all!
and 2) you stated that you consider the Bible to be a good source of for morals and values. That backs up the whole "man in control, woman obedient" mindset. The Bible IS NOT a good source for values and morals. Unless you are a homophobic, misogynistic, murdering, greedy, asshat.....

@Nobody_Special here's some of the extra special Bible morality....

@SkotlandSkye exactly. I'm greedy as fuck also, but not in that way lol

I take it you've not read the Bible yourself if you think that, LOL! But I hope you find someone to date here.

By the way, this website has a bit of a learning curve.

For members who are open to dating, certain thumbnails and profiles have a heart symbol on them with a percentage. This identifies which members are open to dating, and the percent shows approximately how compatible others are with them.

You can improve your website score in general by answering all the profile questions and writing a bio, which also earns website points, and helps other members get to know you.
You've already most of this.

Commenting on posts and writing your own posts earns more points. At level two you can private message people, and at level eight you get an agnostic T-shirt.

If you want to date, the website uses profile algorithms to find member matches, so the more details one includes, the better the match.

Many people prefer to see a written profile talking about interests, hobbies, and backgrounds that can be quickly perused to find others who are compatible with them.

In case you didn't know yet, to find members near you, click on the "Browse" button at the top of the page, then on "Members," and enter your preferred search parameters.
Click on the "Discuss" button, then "Nearby" to find members near you also.
Or click on the "About" button at the top left of the page to find links to FAQ or the website tutorial.
Points are now being given to level 3+ members who chat. You can see chat rooms on the group main page or at [agnostic.com].

@Nobody_Special I'm talking about what the Bible REALLY says, for the very few who actually read it.. In the Old Testament, women were property, men could have numerous wives and concubines, daughters could be sold as slaves, etc. People who picked up sticks on Saturday or children who rebelled were to be stoned to death. Tribes that didn't surrender to Moses, god ordered to be killed..every man, woman, child, and their animals as well.

In the New Testament, women are commanded to wear veils, stay at home and have children, obey their husbands, never speak in church, etc, Strange that you're defending such a violent, racist, misogynistic, xenophobic book.
If you're religiously inclined, you'll likely get blocked by many women here.

@Nobody_Special it it wasn’t for your (apparently imperfect), mother, you wouldn’t even be here! She gave you enough that you grew into a man and the rest is up to you as to what you become! A man in his 50s by now, should be forgiving of his ‘imperfect mother’...as you are imperfect and would hope to be forgiven for your errors!

I was starting to relate to what you were saying, until you said bible. Truthfully it's common sense
