An erudite and succinct indictment of American hypocrisy regarding its foreign policies and relationships with other countries.
What if the world started using US logic in its relations with America? [rt.com]
And a few more entries in the lovable stakes:
@Xuande For a professed easy going guy you sure fly off the handle. That you then have a go at another member for not reading the article which was something you proclaimed you would never do because you know it is Russian propaganda?
You may wish to gloss over and ignore the atrocities and misery brought into people's lives by your country's actions but you certainly aren't going to do it by pretending that America has done far more good to outweigh the wrongdoing:
Tell it to the millions slaughtered in your name around the world. eg. Depleted Uranium to Blame for Iraqi Birth Defects? | America Magazine [americamagazine.org] Tell it to the Chilean, Argentinean and Ruandan mothers still looking for their children. Tell it to the millions whose homes are now rubble. Tell it to the millions who have starved to death whilst Americans and their so-called allies gambled on futures markets manipulating food prices. Tell it to the thousands in Bangladesh who drowned because America deliberately destroyed the hemp industry to enable petrochemical fibres from its industries replace the renewable agricultural resource. Tell it to the Indian farmers who have committed suicide because of Monsanto dodgy practice resulting in them not being able to grow non-GMO crops.
Let's love America because they have their eyes open to what they have done around the world: U.S. Secret Bombing of Cambodia | rabble.ca [rabble.ca] is but one example.
And whilst you are educating me how about telling me and your fellow Americans about the purpose of the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) funded by the American Government? An organisation now doing the work since about 1980 previously undertaken by the CIA in toppling foreign governments.
But last, of all, tell it to your fellow Americans who are now having the same things done to them as America has been practicing on the rest of the world. Homelessness, joblessness, starvation,
injustice, genocide, enslavement, unnecessary ill
health, poor education, lack of protection of child development, a deliberate division of people against people.
You will be lucky if you have food for yourselves in 50 years thanks to the likes of Monsanto and corrupt administrations. Follow the following link through to the Rachel Carson Award and a book called "Whitewash".Winners: SEJ 17th Annual Awards for Reporting on the Environment | SEJ [sej.org]
Say all you want and as I type, there are plenty of flights from all over the world with people coming here to visit, others with proper visas to study, work, conduct business, invest... others moving in for good. This has been happening day in and day out for years and years and it will keep happening regardless of politics, rhetoric, propaganda, hate, missinformation, etc
The American taxpayer has always been deceived: it is his birthright...lending money to South American dictators, for instance, which the taxpayer thought was being spent on South American peasants. Besides his own Secretary of State agrees with the deceit. He knows that it is good for the American taxpayer. And it is good for him.

Sorry I don't go with anything by RT. No offence but this is a state rag from a regime that blocks, imprisons or just kills opposition
Please do not confuse the senseless foreign policies of the Trump cabal with what the American people, as a whole, want.
Like Australia Walt, the tail too often shakes the dog!
World War III.
??
@Morganfreeman I somewhat agree.
I keep a lot of this in mind when traveling abroad. If the rest of the world treated the states like the states treat the rest of the world, there would be (as it is now), a butt-ton of xenophobic, untraveled people crying about the unfair treatment the US receives. That said, it's also interesting to note that this report appears via a Russian source which may be considered motivated to present an embittered piece at this time.
A source in a country prepared to support opinion varying to American. I read how American and indeed the press in many places is browbeaten into not reporting opinion of not only non Americans but also honest Americans who can see what is happening. Thank you for your forthright opinion.
However only several years ago considerable opposition was mounted against various secretive transPacific and trans Atlantic trade agreements that were being proposed by the Americans. The agreements were of the nature of the treaties foisted on the American Native people in the 1800's - white man talk with forked tongue. The agreements were all supposed to be in the name of free trade. Very little was said against them by the free press. How curious that the current American administration is now deadset against free trade. I suspect that the sanctions against Russia will ultimately hurt America more than they hurt Russia.
Here, this post says, click on this Russian propaganda to learn more ways to hate the US.
Say what you will about Putin, he and his people know how to affect disillusionment in otherwise intelligent people.
Do we not filter propaganda websites on Agnostic? There should be some form of policing obvious stuff like this.
How the guilty and those refusing to see through other's eyes squeel. Please do not kitchen sink dismiss without disproving point by point. You sound like a xtian claiming to have seen god and spoken to Jesus. And one who has automatically trotted out the old automatic response they have been indoctrinated with, without reading what has been written. It reminds me of infant children in the school yard covering their ears because they do not wish to hear what the Jewish child or negro infant has said because they have been taught that they tell lies.
@FrayedBear I would thank you to limit your anecdotal attacks on my person. A reasoned man will not entertain propaganda, or confuse it for an argument which needs a rebuttal.
Do not pretend to want enlightened debate when you share from sources such as this one. I would react the same were this InfoWars or Natural News. They are the same level of misinformation.
Be careful with your sources.
@Xuande If you look at this guy's prior posts and take into account his name, it becomes clear that his choice of sources was not in any way accidental.
@ghettophilosopher I didn't even think about that man. I think that will help determine whether I should respond to further posts by this person. Thanks for looking out.
@Xuande Yeah, I've seen some of the posts before, but it took a minute for the name to hit home. I really had to laugh at the boldness of it. Literally hiding in plain sight...
@Xuande & @ghettophilosopher You are a sad pair but as mentioned American history is full of like minded characters believing non whites, non xtians inferior. I really wonder how and why you are on this site. It is obviously to bully and dismissively refuse to consider others opinions by trampling them underfoot. Your current irrationality traceable back to Truman and McCarthy and their witch hunts. Goodnight.
@Xuande He's not even halfway decent... Trying to tell the black atheist how he's in cahoots with the racist Christians. The Democratic Socialist (read, SOCIALIST Socialist) that he's following in the footsteps McCarthy... Someone clearly flunked out of the GRU.
@ghettophilosopher I was gonna say something along those lines but I didn't want to deny you the pleasure lol
yay! censorship & gag laws! how fun!
