Pesto!
My basil plants grew OUT OF CONTROL this year and I made, I think, 10 batches of pesto. Yum!

I seldom have pasta due to carb restriction and have to avoid tomato and red meat for GI reasons. So, I like to sautee some zucchini and mushrooms to toss with cauliflower gnocchi and pesto.
