How can anyone say they are not deserving of asylum? These are human beings people, I will not act as judge saying they are not worthy. There may be less for me but if I "walk in their shoes", I will always share. It's so simple - how do I want to be treated? That tells me how to treat others, all others.

Actually, we already have well over 1/2 million homeless people in America now. But I do know the answer to both of these problems. TAX THE RICH ! They do not need 6 mansions and 4 yachts each. Limit wealth !
@Michael67 and we have 7! Empty homes for each homeless person in the U.S. the problem is capitalism, not overpopulation.

@OpposingOpposum Yes the prolem is capitalism. That is ,however, self-limiting since we will bbe running out of natural resources pretty soon. I mean clean air, clean water, friable soil, certain critical minerals and a host of other stuff we need to keep this system going.
