I'm not sure if anyone here has had to deal with package ninjas before.
That's people that will take a package left there on your doorstop while you are away..

I've lived in quite a few places and some won't just leave it there like UPS, they will leave a not saying they have it and you can pick it up at yadda yadda place and time.

But I have lived in places where they will just leave it there.
I've never had this happen to me, but i know a lot of people who have.

This is the best revenge vid for those ninjas.

Good way to get rid of garbage too...

Yes! A lady I know said her friend collected dog poo and left a "package" of it for her thieves?

I hope she either spring loaded it or made it a nice runny one under a bunch of packing peanuts so they'd reach into it. That's how I'd roll. ?

This is fun - but I'd go less hi-tech, with a carefully wrapped, generous amount of "seasoned" cat shit - provided by my beloved housemates !

Glad I have a PO box !

I have devised a solution for this. I build a stylish bench for my front porch. Lift the cushion, "which is mounted on solid wood", place package inside, and it has a lock on it. Will handle almost any size package shipped, or even multiples.

Pity this idea isn't easily marketable. The dude would be rich in a week!

I LOVE this man!

Brilliant, droll, funny and inventive. Laughed hard at "Contemplates life choices."

MY HERO.

I love this guy! He demonstrates for us yet again the value of science in addressing everyday issues.

We are having an "epidemic" on this at the moment. Australia post has put into place how to combat it. One is to get an signature on delivery and another is that you can have the goods delivered to your work or other place.

I had one of those Scumbags around my neighborhood a few years ago, my action was to 'recycle' a package I'd already opened, fill it some very fresh, smelly dog turds in a plastic bag placed on a tightly compressed spring, seal the package up again, mark it as fragile and valuable, leave it on the verandah and sit back and watch.
I reckon it would have given her a very 'nice' surprise when she opened it.

i think the correct technical term for such people is "thieves."
