Not Xmas, but celebrated my birthday, the winter solstice and the new year.

Watching the life of brian, gettin tipsy and enjoyin the day off are the extent of my festivities. I wouldnt say Im celebrating christmas but Im enjoying some trees for the solstice and I think Im taking my family to eat at an indian place on the 28th. Other than buying dinner I havent got anyone anything but they'll give me a couple presents probably.

I'm not celebrating. I'll be going to a Christmas Eve dinner that close friends are having, but that's it. It's their family get-together, but not my family. They are mostly Christians as far as I know, but it's usually not religious, except for the blessing before we eat.

As far as Christmas day, I don't have any plans except calling my mom. She'd kill me if I didn't.

Nope.. unless getting drunk, watching Netflix, and having a fire on the fireplace (which is rare for me) counts.

I haven't celebrated it for about 14 years.

My wife likes Xmas. We don't have a tree but she got one of those projector things that projects multi coloured, moving lights on the side of the trailer (we're in an RV park) & in a palm tree.
I hate turkey so we always go for Chinese on Xmas day. Rack of lamb for Xmas Eve.

Christmass is not real but the time of year is. Usually, some neighbors have a big holiday eve bash for all the neighbors but, this year, they are out of town. My best friends are visiting family in Central Wash. and others are either out of town or sitting around like me. But hey, I'm retired so every day is a holiday. Nothing special.

I'm not against celebrating per se, but nothing planned on Xmas day. Granddaughter will be with her dad, daughter is working, other daughter is out of state and a JW, and adopted father side is doing get together on the 26th. Plan on just chillaxing...might spend the day with you yahoos!

Only when we had the bombing halts for 24 hours was it really Christmas,but 95 degrees and 95% humidity of Thailand,kinda made it seem less so.

In the elementary,Jr. High and High Schools yes,but once graduated and almost on my own,not so much,then 8 years in the Air Force,moving like a gypsy,again no.

Once I moved away from my parents, I didn't celebrate, even while I was a xtian (and especially not now as an atheist), if people can't be *giving" year round, and feel forced on one day I say "Don't Bother"!

i'm jewish. christmas, to me, is an annoyance, and would be even if i were not an atheist (which i am).

Not really. Dan and I estranged from some family doing our own thing. Making a spiral ham which will be turned into homemade split pea soup and potatoes au gratin (homemade).

I don't really celebrate it. I do live with my sister though, and she does... although each year she feels less andless inclined to do so.

I believe in Christmas not really as celebration of the birth of Christ, but a time to celebrate the love of family and friends. A reason to get together because we are so busy during the Year.

Kate and I are not. I should be giving a present to a co-workers daughter, but she is two and is not expecting anything. To poor at this time of year, medical bills are two high to do anything extra.

I don't celebrate most "holidays". I don't need rampant commercialism and manufactured sentimentality to tell me when to "show" people in my life that I love them. I let them know every day.
