Finally accepting that the vast majority of people are cunts.
For whatever reason that word isn't super taboo in the UK like it is here in the US. I've even heard it used in a BBC series called "Detectorists". As far as the vast majority I can't argue, look who our president is here in the US.
@PaulHughes I know. I get the feeling that it's something that guys call other guys over there, the same way we're always calling each other "dicks" over here.
[agnostic.com] So,which is it?
A sly designer there...
I don't use the "C" word too often. I would think we agree as I feel that most people are just fucking moronic assholes!
Are we on the same plane?
I am unsure we are in the same plane, perhaps flying in different directions, as I don't regard most people as moronic but simply mean.
Oh the irony of some people commenting in this thread lol
Statistics would indicate that slightly more than half the population have one and that can be a beautiful thing but personal observation would lead me to believe that practically all of us can be one from time to time and quite a few are habitual offenders.
I can't argue with that!
@PaulHughes I dodged a bullet then because you could have been a real cunt about it.
Eee lad they aren't. Look for the good and you'll find it. Anyway I am only up the road from you, come for a brew if ya like.
I have always looked for the good and received the bad and the ugly in return, sorry to say this but why should you be any different?
@PaulHughes Because, its me and I'm nice. I don't want a relationship, I have a good job, my own house and a car. I am only looking for friends
What a nice lady. He seems like a curmudgeon
@John_Tyrrell You would be welcome, as would your aunts
@PaulHughes The offer is open
@Bigwavedave Things are not always what they seem buster.
@PaulHughes lol I can only base on what you wrote ....
@Bigwavedave I am not that base.
As @John_Tyrell explained, the use of that word has different implications, depending on where it is used. As an American, I dislike the word and myself, would use asshole in the instant example. Also, though I do not use the word, I believe it belongs to women to use, much like the word "nigger" belongs to black people.
The word asshole does not do it for me, it is a more American term. I can see why you would object to me using such a word and I should think of something more appropriate.
@PaulHughes I'm not complaining so much as explaining, but I do appreciate your sensitivity. Someone else here mentioned "dick". Though I hadn't given it much thought prior to this thread, I tend to use asshole, and will use dick (or knob) on occasion, but for gender specific situations. Asshole is, of course, gender neutral.
@itsmedammit I was perhaps wrong in using such a word, as it seems to have clouded my point.
@PaulHughes I often use the word "dick," might that be more fitting?
@PaulHughes Sorry to have gone off point, but I think we did get it.
@Wildflower I suppose they fit together. (sorry couldn't resist that!)
@powder This poor guy just wanted to come here and bitch about people and his thread turned into a lingual anthropology discussion.
@itsmedammit It funny how things turn out, isn't it? I still stick to my general point but I should have made it more centred to myself really, posing the question is why people are so mean to me, or mother fuckers which might be more suitable to those across the pond!
@itsmedammit Giggles xx
Good Gawd, man, where ya been?!
Good question!
I don't believe that..at all...
You might not believe it now.
@OwlInASack no idea why... Its sad though how hateful some people can be...here, its easy to ignore them... IRL, I would slap them often...
@PaulHughes I just said that...
