Oh, honey, you know, this problem will never end. At least when it comes to dating sites. When I was 41 and just divorced, I got 55-60+ all of the time. IRL, I never had much-older men hit on me. And by "much older", I'm talking 10 years+. The virtual world is quite different. I think that it emboldens people to take chances that they normally wouldn't do in a real life social setting. I want a peer, not a daddy, and not someone I will have to take care of while I'm still in the middle of my career. Pray tell, what am I going to have in common with a retiree? The lifestyle is just completely different. Anyway, you have to just know that this happens to a lot of women -- not sure about men.

I get a lot of attention from the guys in their 70s or older.

Guess they all want to date younger no matter their age.

Most people knock a few years off their ages on dating sites and post a photo taken a few years previously. Beat them at their own game do the same then you may meet someone nearer your own age. Good luck.

I did notice on one site that told you who looked at your profile that mine was getting a LOT of looks by women in their 20s, and my profile made it clear I am 50 and not looking for anyone that young. Guys get grief for being with young women but the men aren't the only side of that coin looking, it seems.

Lol, I know the feeling, but I see that you are much younger than me, so I don't know why you keep getting older men. You do not look older than 40 to me. I'm 54 and I keep getting men in their 60s and some in their 70s. I hope they don't expect me to be some kind of 'nurse with a purse'. I want a guy who still has a pulse and wants to do things.
