This is the result of a sick society not guns . . . . In 1977 when I was in High School, this type of thing was extremely rare, even though there were guns all over the place.

Yes, but every one of those countries has a higher or equal school stabbings than we do. Sure a lot fewer people die and thier kids aren't terrified to go to school, but are those really a measure of freedom we care about?

I'm so fucking tired of people being shot because of a document that hasn't kept up with changes in technology, society, science, or anything really. Yet we worship this paper that encompasses some noble ideas like it was written by the gods and handed down to us from on high.
One form of tyranny the founders also feared was the tyranny of the past - which is what we have now.
Wow, I have no idea where you get this from. School stabbings? I have not heard about any school stabbings here in Australia and I have had kids in school and have friends with kids in school.
