The Prorogation of Parliament by Boris Johnson was unlawful. This judgement has just been pronounced by the U.K. Supreme Court in a unanimous decision. They have ruled that he acted illegally and that the advice he gave The Queen to prorogue was illegal.

That has been all over the news this morning on NPR. He doesn't seem to care, though.

He has the brazenness to try to carry on regardless....but Parliament will sit tomorrow so we’ll just have to wait and see what happens then.

@Marionville I'm not sure how parliament works. Does he have a majority on his side?

@JackPedigo No..he is in a minority now that he’s withdrawn the whip from some of his own Tories for voting against him....so who knows what will happen next!

@Marionville Anyway it goes it seems the UK will leave the EU and be the worse off for it.

@JackPedigo Yes...if we leave I believe we will be much worse off.

I'm not surprised. Ever notice that Johnson appears as the "UK me" to Trump's "US me." They could be brothers.

What happens next.....that’s the next instalment we are waiting for now.....!

@Marionville at least another trump wannabe will get trashed

@bobwjr We hope...this is a seismic decision by the Supreme Court, he should resign....but I’m sure he won’t. We are in uncharted waters, but Parliament will go back and sit now, so there are bound to be calls for his resignation tomorrow.
