He is hiding the bribes he must pay to labor unions building his properties....pay to play is everywhere and few people tell the whole truth of BILLARY and Biden crime families taking bribes

1

He just wants to be the state fruit.

Sit not invalid in NY as itis based on previous years and ongoing as his business is still based there. Personal tax cut likely.

1

Trump is contributing to re-election campaigns for republican members of congress. He is buying their loyalty. Does anyone else see anything wrong here?

The blueREDS redBLUES duopoly works that way TrumpOLINI is doing the same crimes Obama boyBush Clintons daddyBush ReaGUN Carter et al do

1

I think that it would be residency when filing that would matter.

2

Any thing having to do with taxes is federal. It doesn't matter what state he moved to...

New York is after him for so many things and it is all not just taxes.

@DenoPenno it really doesn't matter.. USA doesn't have to extradite him from another state..

@motrubl4u state or federal, they can still subpoena him..

But the "income tax" is illegal on MANY levels! Define what "income" really is, then we can proceed from there. It's funny though, how even the IRS can't give us an actual explanation of what "income" is! It's probably because they have definitions of that term that contradict each other, for starters.
Back in 2005 or so, some guy took the EXACT SAME NUMBERS to seven different CPA for computation of his tax return for the year, and got SEVEN different amounts!! WTH?!?! If that isn't 100% proof that the bogus "income" tax laws are falling under the Void for Vagueness Doctrine, then please tell me what is!!
The ENTIRE legal system/Matrix is and has been a complete scam since it's beginning, so please tell me how, where and why I have any kind of an obligation to be in any part of it!! Is there a casino anywhere in the world that forces people in off of the streets and forces them to make bets and gambles with their time, money, property and life? How does the legal system/Matrix get away with doing that? Look up the meaning of gambling in any dictionary of your choosing, and then compare it to the legal system/Matrix, and say to my face that it doesn't apply there!

Your apocryphal story about what "some guy" did in 2005 has really covinced me. You're absolutley right, the 16th Amendment is completely illegal, despite it being in the Constitution, which is the law of the land.

No, wait, what was I thinking- you're wrong in every possible way. Income is income. Money that you make from wages, tips, interest, stock dividends, and inheritance is taxable income, along with various other sources. The only distinction is whether you report or declare it as such. Considering I only ever have wages, I've probably left a category or five out. Your "guy" could only come up with 7 different answers if he was chasing advice on how to hide his income, and went to 7 different "experts" with bogus ideas on how to cheat on your taxes.

How are you obligated to be a part of the legal system? I suppose, go out and buy a few pounds of heroin, or just run a bunch of red lights, and you'll find out soon enough. Your assertion about the system being "a scam from the beginning" needs a great deal more evidence to be taken seriously.

If your argument is that not every offense is detected and punished, that it is essentially a gamble, then you're arguing for stricter enforcement and a more efficient police state, not against the legal system.

@Paul4747
OK, instead of spending (more like wasting?) several hours in trying to give you a full education in logic and facts, you can win this entire argument by doing just one simple thing! Just show me proof that there is ANY law on the books ANYWHERE that actually apply to me!
How is it that an alleged contract that I am not a party to (U.S. CONstitution) has any kind of power or authority over me? There are court cases where these fake judges have said that the CONstitution doesn't apply to their case because they are not a party to it! If your name isn't on it down there at the bottom, then that means that you didn't sign it and you cannot lay claim to any privileges conferred by it.
So now, where is your proof of your claim that I must abide by anything that I am not a legitimate party to? Either put up, or shut up.

You are confusing income tax with what the government defines as taxable income.

@Logician Number one, the Constitution is not contract law. You don't have to sign on to be a party to it. If you were born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to its jurisdiction (not the child of foreign diplomats, etc), you are a citizen of the United States and are governed by the Constitution. You have the privileges and immunities thereof as well as the equal protection of the law. (14th Amendment) Along with this comes the obligations of all the other laws, which you seem to have a quibble with.

Two, extraordinary claims demand extraordinary proof; so, to borrow a phrase, YOU put up or shut up. Just name one of those cases in which a judge has ruled that "the Constitution does not apply because a citizen of the United States is not a party to it."

@Logician Like they say, when you have no facts, attack the person.

@Logician As for your question-last time it was tested (high school) it was a few points below genius level-still good enough to get me a Masters (on a scholarship), co-author a book and successfully patent a product with no outside help. Local University prof used it as an example in his Patent Law class because he had never seen anybody else do that. You?

@Paul4747
Oh good grief, you MUST be a LIEyer!! For who else would mix terms like that in a deliberate attempt to create a confusion of the facts??
If the CONstitution was not a compact, a contract among the FF, then why did they all sign it? Because they liked the way their name looked on a piece of paper?
WHERE is this United States you speak of actually located? Do you have any proof that it actually exists, like a car or a house? Or is it just a legal FICTION?
OK, I'll do some checking and look up that kind of a "decision" that came out of the mouth of a criminal wearing a black robe, if that's what you want, but I'm certain that you will never be satisfied and will make a counter claim that the fake judge(s) made an error, so it's not valid proof!
You need to read my paper Any Person Subject to... so you can get at least a little bit of an education to counteract some of the indoctrination you got in the public fool system and elsewhere.
Here's a bonus question for you! If I show that fraud is being committed upon me by some criminals in the legal system, do I have an actual obligation to be a participant in the charade? I'll bet that you won't answer these questions either! What is the EXACT AMOUNT of fraud that ANY man or woman has a right to commit? What is the EXACT AMOUNT of fraud that ANY man or woman has an actual obligation to endure? What is the BASIC PREMISE that is being operated off of, in the instant case?

@RonWilliam53
So what was this product you patented? What's its Patent Number? I have built and designed both rocket and jet engines, but did not seek any patents on them because too many of the fake judges are too damn STUPID to allow perfectly valid patents to stand. There is an old, old saying that "If the judge can understand it, you're dead in the water". Read the book Patent Pending sometime, and then tell me about how "safe" patents are.
What field is your Master's degree in?
Did you look up the definition of the legal word of art Taxpayer, and understand what it means?

@Logician I understand your opposition to patents-I've talked to many people who've become upset when they were refused a patent for perpetual motion machines and time travel. But it's always easier to say "the mean old judge won't defend my patent so I won't bother." A patent is only as strong as the quality of the claims. Masters is in Public Admin. and what is an "art Taxpayer"?

@RonWilliam53
The first step in seeking a patent, is to have a working example of the concept, a prototype or model, if it's mechanical in nature. Nobody you know has cried to you about being refused a patent for a PMM or time travel device. That's just pure B.S. and you know it.
Your statement there about the quality of the claims if preposterous. Read that book Patent Pending, and you will see what I mean. In short, the concept of the device must be new and unique. It is usually built upon prior knowledge of physics, etc, but the arrangement of the prior knowledge must be novel.
"legal word of art" means a specialized definition of a word or term for a specific application in law. Look up "words of art" in a law dictionary. The words Recognize and Includes are prime examples of legal system/Matrix legerdemain. Ignore their intended meanings or use at your own peril.

@RonWilliam53
Oh yeah, what was it that you patented? A whirly gig or a widget? You didn't answer my question there.

@Logician I'll stick with SCOTUS on tax laws. Imperfect to be sure but the final legal position.

@Logician Final comment because life's too short to waste it on people whose tin foil hats are too tight- it was a water conservation device in Canada-actually test marketed in Home Depots.

@RonWilliam53
Oh!! I see, it's not perfect, meaning that it's not predictable, but it's still not a gamble, eh? How does that work out?
I have NEVER worn a tin foil hat and my blinders are a thing of the past for 30 solid years now at the least. Maybe you could take your blinders off too for five minutes and look at some truth?
You will NEVER EVER give a real reply to my Three Magic Questions because you will prove me to be right, if you do. Can't have that now, can you?

@Logician Not a lawyer, an historian, with enough background in History of Law to know the difference between contract law and constitutional law.

Your theory is nothing new. It goes back at least as far as Lysander Spooner, who argued during the 1860s that since nobody then alive had been a party to the Constitution, the Union was null and void, and thus war to preserve it was immoral and illegal.

All nations, naturally, are legal constructs. So is your deed to your house and the title to your car. Without legal constructs, anyone bigger than you can take your stuff away when they want. This is the ultimate logical extension of your anarchist position. We live in a nation of laws and I for one am glad of it, even though, in anarchy, I would be one of those taking stuff away from others. (Or defending the group when others try to take our stuff, and then taking those guys' stuff afterwards.)

And I will defend to the death your right to believe the nonsense you believe, right up until you go to prison for tax evasion. Have a nice life.

PS- I notice you don't have your information at hand, which tells me the information doesn't exist, period. That's okay, there's no shame in admitting you're making these things up as you go! Just please stop making it up as you go. You're embarrassing yourself.

@Paul4747
WOW!! You need to do some more studying then! Like reading "Do You Know Who Owns Your Car?" and several other things. WHY do you want to steal other people's stuff? Are you admitting to the world, that you are some kind of a dramatizing psychotic or something like that? Are you such a social misfit that you can't just leave other people alone? Obviously, your parents didn't raise you right!!
I am NOT operating off of any kind of theory, as you like to say it, I am a logician and I operate off of facts by using logic! How is us respecting other people's rights nonsense? Don't you want other people to respect you and your rights too??
You obviously don't know the difference between tax avoidance and tax evasion, the latter of which in reality doesn't exist! It's just a made up term, created by the revenue collectors so they have a fake crime to charge other people with in order to steal their hard earned stuff away from them! I will gladly pay every tax that I actually owe! But as for the ones I do NOT owe, leave me alone!
I'd paste in my paper Any Person Subject to... here,but MS Word won't let me, and my other computer has a problem accepting my password to my other e-mail account.
I haven't even bothered to look for that data as I'm busy doing some electrical system trouble shooting on a couple of cars here.
How is trying to educate people with some truth embarrassing myself? I am NOT ashamed at all for standing up for what's right over what's wrong. Do you know what the difference is between those things?
How about giving us some answers to TTMQ one of these days? I never make anything up, not in this area though. My poetry and short stories/scripts are made up, but not my facts about the legal system/Matrix.
Oh, someone bigger than me can take away my stuff, so I need someone big, like the government that stands right behind the criminal actions of the Road Pirates and Tax Assessors to protect me? How well does that work out there? You really do need to keep your feet out of your mouth, you know!

@Logician Microsoft Word won't let you copy/paste. Hmm. Which has nothing to do with citing a court case, as you claimed you could do.

I'm done with you.

@Paul4747
OK, now I know for sure that you have some SERIOUS mental issues going on in your head!! This copy of MSW isn't registered and I don't have the product code for this old computer I'm using for now, so the paste feature won't work. Now how does that relate to my not citing any court cases?
Here's where it gets good: WHY should I even bother with citing court cases from a totally corrupted legal system? Can't you see the conflict in logic there?
If you were even one tenth as smart as you like to think you are, you would be able to answer The Three Magic Questions. If you had even a shred of honesty about you, you would at least try.

2

I'm thinking he keeps a submarine down there, for when his followers start to realize how 'bigly' they've been had!

3

Did you know that Hitler by 1933 was a millionaire in Germany!

He never paid taxes on anything.

He listed his profession as a writer, who made very little!

His wealthy benefactors made sure of that!

The German Tax ministry at the time was ordered not to pursue or audit Hitler.

trump just like Hitler is a tax cheat and ful blown criminal!!!

1

Of course he is.

7

The hope is the NYC succeeds in getting his tax returns and he and his kids are brought up on RICO charges. Al Capone could never be tried for his murders, but was finally brought down on income tax evasion.

2

I agree with you but this will not make lawsuits in NY go away. The best it can do is make a judge declare that NY has no reason to pursue or view certain items. What about everything up until Trump decided to move to Florida? We have a new slant here but it does not nix a lawsuit. My advice to Trump is that they need a non-disclosure agreement and this should be done in fake names.

5

He's such a fucking moron, who has expensive fucking morons for lawyers.

It doesn't matter where his residency is today.
He can't "win" the lawsuit by changing his residency now.

I hope he ends up in Sing Sing, or Attica.

I hope Mar-A-Lago gets swept out to sea with the next hurricane.
Or burned to the ground, with him in residence.
Whichever.

@Allamanda You are fucking hilarious.

5

He, he, he. He’s running from the mob. Or to the mob

CS60 Level 7 Nov 2, 2019

If the Mob really wanted him for anything, they'd have gotten him already.
He's always been a wannabe mobster. He's been involved with them since the 70s. Always on the periphery, nothing overt.

8

NY Gov. Cuomo has said that Trump's move to Florida will not protect him from prosecution for any law Trump broke while a New York resident - that's not how the law works regardless of what Trump might think. If he wants to avoid prosecution for crimes committed in New York, Trump might need to consider moving out of the country. Perhaps his good friend Vlad Putin can put Trump up in a tiny apartment next to Ed Snowden.

8

He needs to be quickly judged... Then lined up against the wall and shot!

I have been afraid to come right out and say that. 🙂

@DenoPenno I am not calling for an assassination. I want to see him in an orange jump suit... Then shot. I want him to be judged!

Do not forget all the Obstructionist republican Fascist who follow him like some kind of immoral unethical lord of the manner!

All conservatives who support trump should be imprisoned for crimes against the constitution, rule of law, tax evasion, money laundering, fraud, stock manipulation, and crimes against humanity!

Any one who supports trump is an enemy of this country!

@RiverRick He carries a .38 I am told. Maybe he could use it on himself in NY on 5th Avenue. I bet he would get away with it.

@RiverRick I don't want him dead, I want him to suffer, pain and suffering. See his kids dismembered( except Barron). Force him to watch Melania do an interracial bukkake film, and make him eat vegetables. And turn him into a gimp sex slave for whoever wanted a shot.
I am so tired of this poser

@joeandbarb Funny that you bring this up. While I was re-grading my driveway yesterday and uncovering some fist sized rocks, I started thinking about what I posted. I am now thinking a good old fashioned stoning might be better.

@RiverRick hugly! the biggest stoning! The biggest stoning ever

@DenoPenno I doubt he carries a gun. Too much of a pussy.

5

He is now Florida Man

he is orange....

6

that would not let him avoid shit, he is changing it so he can win FL, its a battleground st he needs to win.

Dave, the Palm Beach residents are sick of him. Traffic is always tied up for miles when He's here. So, i hope more people here are not going to vote for him. Ugh, can't stand knowing he's going to live here. Florida resident.

exactly

Also Florida doesn't have state income tax

@AmmaRE007 Like he ever paid them

7

I don't think he can evade it as it was already in progress, however I won't put it past him to think this would work. And when it fails to stop the release he will scream "witch hunt. Illegal," and his minions will believe him and keep watching Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity and never see the results because it's just so much easier to believe than to see the truth

7

Yes he is hiding something. And he will eventually be outed.
