Name something women should stop doing.
Duck face or trout pout in selfies. Looks like they're stuck to a window.
What they should stop doing and what they should stop having to do are two different things. Many of us are forced to "wear appropriate undergarments" at work. Who decided that I should have to wear a brassier? They are incredibly uncomfortable. If I were an especially large busted woman I might feel the need for support but my girls will never dangle so low as to threaten my well being and they aren't big enough to titillate ( ) anyone so why should it be determined that a bra must be worn when men are not made to suffer the pinch and pressure of those evil garments? What we should stop doing is being so damn hateful to other women. That catty shit gets old and diminishes the speaker far more than the target. Don't be afraid to be an advocate for your sisters!
Never heard women being told to wear underwear ? For myself I love them not to wear them. But thats jus me !
@VAL3941 Yup, right there in the employee handbook..."must wear appropriate undergarments". If they knew how inappropriate I can be they would simply state "cannot come to work naked". I would never dream of subjecting folks to that!
@Gatekeeper63
Do they or how do they check whether you are or not ? Can I get a job there as an underwear checker by any chance ?? Lol
@VAL3941 Maybe on my last day I'll test their system. I'm would be surprised if they even noticed. Might just make my day if they did!
@Gatekeeper63
On that day wear panties that are full of holes ? Lol
Most stereotypes are completely biased and culturally based. Take 'nagging' for instance. Men can nag as much as women but along with the long list of female adjectives: slut, whore, cunt, feisty, frumpy, airhead, bitchy, bombshell, bossy (men are more likely to be called 'strong-minded)' bubbly, ditsy, emotional, frigid, hormonal, hysterical, illogical, irrational, pushy, shrill, sassy, they have been invented by men, to keep women subserviant. eg: It's ok for a man to be a slut but not a woman. Words like hysterical, irrational, illogical are used to discard female points of view.
According to neuroscientists using MRIs it is impossible to tell a male brain from a female.
these adjectives have evolved culturally. For millions of years women were kept subjegated because they weren't physically as strong.
You would think that with the gender divide narrowing we could embrace people as individuals instead of being so quick to judge.
Laugh my desr,, laugh. You just gave me a lecture..
ok. they should quit taking any notice of frivolous men
Truth be said, I agree.
Apologizing for not taking on tasks/duties when asked by others who usually are shirking work or who think their lack of foresight should constitute someone else's emergency.
Example of response, "I'm sorry, I'm not able to help with x..." why aplogize? We are not obligated to help when asked & males don't normally fall into this speech pattern.
I have made a point to avoid the apology (and subsequent guilt) with, "I do not have the bandwidth to take anything extra on. Once i've cleared my plate, if you still need help, I can pitch in then." I do check with the person to see if they still need help (9x out of 10, they don't) & if they do, i will pitch in. This has not damaged my reputation as a team player but has cut down on lazy assholes asking me for anything.
Women should stop dating men and date more hot feminine lesbians, like me.
If you were hetro, I would be in the front of the queue
Here here
You realise that you've just broken my heart don't you ?
Trying to think for themselves . That should wind a few of you up !
Aren't you asking for the impossible ?
@VAL3941 Hope is the last thing to die ! We carry on like this and someone will have me terminated with prejudice !!
@MarcIveson By who, Mata Hari ?
@VAL3941 And look what happened to her .
@MarcIveson so far no one has comment on this conversation. Hope we get some fallout.
Undermining eachother.
Being afraid of voicing disagreement
It is not as much what they should stop doing as what they should start doing. It is about action, not inaction. If a person stops doing something he or she must replace it with another action. Men and women alike should start focusing on finding something for which they have a passion and pursue it vigorously. By profession, I am a substance abuse counselor and worked for six and a half years with adolescents. The one thing that I asked them that left them speechless was “name one thing about which you are passionate”. The number one response was “I don’t know. I’ve never thought about it”. I gave them a homework assignment. I told them to come back the next Day ready to tell me at least one thing that they are passionate about. The transformation was amazing - and that was just from THINKING about it. We all need to find something for which we have a passion. Something that brings us joy and contributes in a positive way to the life of men, women, children, animals, and this planet. Then pursue that passion as if we are going to die tomorrow. In a nutshell, we all need to fill that hole deep within ourselves with passion and find purpose in our lives.
Long answer to a simple question but point taken !
The same work for less money.
I already work for so luttle they would have to do it for free.
Shaving.
But sometimes it is a necessity !
@VAL3941 I don't think you understand what a neccesity is. Also you're gross.
Women should avoid posting their personal problems on social sites....your personal problem requires personal solutions....Not a social attention?
Plastic surgery - why change your body?
Basing their whole lives around sprogs and giving up their own dreams, hopes, goals, and careers. If your "greatest achievement" is doing a common biological act that occurs 200,000 times a day....then what a sad, sad life. I wish women, in general, thought more of themselves.
Biology is NOT an achievement. That's like saying that taking a shit, vomiting, or masturbating is an achievement.
@SkotlandSkye It is to some people !
@SkotlandSkye have a kid might not be a great achievement. But raising one is. When my ex wife and I adopted my son he became our lives. Everything we do resolves around him. I consider giving him the best life I can a worthy aspiration.
Answering online surveys about what they should stop doing...
Had to read all the comments to make sure I didn't repeat one. I wish people (mainly women) would stop being subtle when they want something. All you have to do is ask.
