So who was offended exactly? Looks like the old chaps had a good time.
Nursing home forced to apologise after stripper hired for residents
Years ago I used to service the oxygen machines in an aged care ward full of women. The wolf whistles I got and the comments on how they'd like to squeeze my arse, when I kneeled down to work on the machines, may have caused me to blush but I never thought worse of them. I thought they were great that they still felt that way even though most were at least in their late 80s and bed ridden. I loved them and I teased back and gave as good as I got I might add and they loved that. Then again, we Aussies are not so precious as a lot of other cultures.
The exploitation and objectification of women as a function of systemic sexism is alive and well and not even acknowledged by those of you who benefit from it. Fucking neanderthals.
And you ignore, rather conveniently, the fact that there are strippers out there, both male and female, who enjoy the job they do. Look it up.
@Ryo1 And you ignore, wholly conveniently, the fact that the sex industry is overwhelmingly female. Only a simpleton would prioritize enjoyment over well-being. Perhaps if you could actually get laid, your avid support for the sex industry wouldn't be necessary.
@LovinLarge I'm not ashamed that I support those women who work in the sex industry, or any industry for that matter, if that is their CHOICE, and how they choose to live their lives is none of your business. You take such a morally superior stance that you think you can go around and criticize, if not despise, those who live their lives the way you disapprove. Oh, wait a minute, you sound like someone - oh, yeah, you sound like those officious, condescending, sanctimonious Christians who go around and impose their moral values on others. Not so loving large now, are you? Take your inane argument somewhere else. And you're free to block me - I respect your CHOICE. Lol!!!
@LovinLarge By the way, I've just had a shag.
@Ryo1 I have never seen any value in your posts or comments and wouldn't waste 30 seconds of my time to read that much of your childishness. Your time clearly has no value.
It was important for me to address the issue, I have zero interest in interacting with the likes of you.
@LovinLarge I see you have no valid arguments left on this matter. That's fine.
I make this last point and I'm out. There are many female strippers out there who say that what they do for living is empowering and they take being seen as victims of sexism as an insult. Can you process their view in your head? Anyone who can't respect their view would be a fake liberal and a fake feminist. Wish you well.
@Ryo1 Your disregard for the truth is evident from your unsupported, self-serving factual claims. Congrats, you are part of the problem!
Those that have been body-shamed for being over-weight may be hyper-sensitive to other women who have a figure that they can display. Surely guilt and envy enter into it and the criticism of sexual displays is ridiculously overdone. You'd think someone who had been shamed would have enough presence of mind not to go shaming others. But no. Sucks to be them.
No harm, no foul. Participating in activities is voluntary. Better have a Chippendale‘s stripper next time, just to be fair!
