Here is a morning ritual that only takes a few seconds. When you awake in the morning sit on the edge of your bed with feet twelve inches apart and firmly planted on the floor, hands resting on your knees with open palms facing upward. Close your eyes and take a deep breath and think of some people you don’t like and repeat aloud, Fuck You! Fuck You for a few seconds.

@Gwendolyn2018 Those are relatively harmless addictions. Unless the ice cream puts a lot of extra weight on you. I use ice cream also, but in very limited quantities. Maybe once or twice a week when I have to have something to take pain meds with.

@Gwendolyn2018 Websites are hard work. As an individual, finding somebody to help with a web site is a joke. I'm about to embark on a website task, and I expect it to take me a couple of months.

@Gwendolyn2018 When I left Virginia, I also quit web work. Since then, I've only maintained my own. (Just one) But now, I want to add an instructional section, which will include lessons, exams, etc. It's kinda like a blog, but it's incremental. It's FIFO whereas a normal blog is FILO. In other word, a new user has to start at the beginning.

@Gwendolyn2018 First In, First Out. But a blog is First In, Last Out. Normal blogs have the latest entry at the front. The reader then steps backward into older posts.

Lists of stuff are great. Everybody loves a good list. In fact, I can list the reasons why if you like.

It's just nature. Adding the maternal connotation is mere sentimentality, and posesses no modicum of reality.
