You are quite welcome. I started a new job and I am getting ready to welcome my baby(54 yr old) brother home for a week from Vegas where he lives and we will spend that time working on the rentals in the city. My iris are starting to bloom too. I am busy!

Things always work out OK. Don't despair.

@VAL3941 No they dont, I have witnessed it first hand and those folks are always saying they put their trust in God and die in poverty. Not waiting for God to do squat, getting my iris beds expanded and upgrading my goat herd.

I'm 65, so I was your age when I first moved to Thailand in 2010.

I am planning a move but not one so drastic. Im not that brave.
