Superfoods aren't really a thing. There's no significant scientific evidence that these foods are any more healthy than non "superfoods". It's all anecdotal at best.

5

Bacon, can't forget bacon and a good gin martini.

I only eat anti-super foods like kryptonite.

Who determines what is a "super food' and what is not?

Could be "likes" on FB?

I work at a health food store, and get a little bit of everything on the list either from supplements I take, or the daily samples we set out

3

Pineapple all day

No kale? I love kale.

LOL

A FB friend who professes to know the "secrets of kale" LOL

@Qualia That is exactly how I feel about kale. It's like a Kardashian to me. Popular, but nothing I'm interested in.

@KKGator I've tried it once and found it highly disturbing in its bitter not fun greenery. I don't have the desire to "massage" it in the hopes of maybe making it edible. LOL
It would have to have some super-dooper-ninja-stuff done to it so I couldn't tell what it is. 😀 😀 😀

@Qualia Must read this to my daughter. (We used to share kale with our hamsters and guinea pigs, long before the media frenzy)

@Qualia Way too much work for me - oil massages for my food??

@pepperjones We love roasted kale and it's so easy to do!

@pixiedust LMAO!!! Yeah ya gotta masterbate the stuff to get it to where it doesn't suck so bad and then MAYBE, just MAYBE you can eat it & live. LMAO

sorry pepperjones, not trying to harsh your eats. Not trying to be offensive. Hell I love brussels sprouts....

@Qualia my thoughts about kale exactly!
I’m telling!

@Edgeward LOL

  1. But I compensate with a lot of coffee.
2

Ok...personally... I like almost all vegetables and fruits...lol.

Broccoli, basil, and green tea. I love avocados though and need to start eating them with every meal. The only time I have seaweed is when I have sushi.

Some seaweed is better than others. I don't like the types with strong fishy tastes.

@pixiedust The seaweed I've had seems to have close to no taste. Is that normal?

@Piece2YourPuzzle It varies depending upon the type of seaweed, the type of processing and its intended use. Nori, an edible seaweed species of red algae, tends to be quite bland probably so as not to overpower the flavor of other sushi ingredients. Snack bags of seaweed tend to have stronger flavours because they're meant to be eaten alone. Some seaweed snacks come in additional flavours like potato chips.

2

Green tea. But too much gives me heartburn.

I've tried but simply can't tolerate GT!

I'm super human and I only eat 5 of those (1,2,3,5 and 13). 😀 Never heard of many of them.

Where is Bourbon? List is not complete without Bourbon! ?

1

I eat what I like, some are on the list.

Yay for super foods

Only 8 of those regularly...am I in trouble?

1

Basil, celery, cinnamon, blue berries, green tea, pineapple, cacao

Some of these things I wouldn't have any idea how to pronounce let alone find.

1, 6, 8, 13, 14.

Strawberries should be on there too. I eat most of those pretty regularly.

Hmmm we'll readily engage in Broccoli, blueberries, cinnamon, celery & avocado...
Celery is beneficial even when cooked iirc, with anti-inflammatory properties.

Yay!! I’ve had every single one in the past 30 days. 🙂

Way to healthy for me.
