If you haven't in a while... I recommend jumping on a trampoline. I went out last night in the mild twilight of a beautiful PNW spring evening, with cottonwood fluff swirling around me in a magical dreamland and jumped my heart out! (I admit, I was a tad worried I'd kill my back or pee my pants but no!) I had fun! First jump of the season 🙂

No trampoline available for me.

As a kid, I was jealous of my cousins that had a trampoline. They had the cool toys. A trampoline and motorcycles. Never did learn to do a back flip on the trampoline. But, then again, with only a two day visit, there wasn't a lot of time to learn.

Sounds fun, but I'd probably hurt myself or others.

Jumping on a trampoline? Is that what the kid are calling it now?

It's fun, but it has to be on a bigger trampoline than the smaller ones for me. It's too easy to slip off and/or there is a fear of getting my foot caught.

@pepperjones I broke my first bone last year at 38 (weird being I have played sports my whole life). My left ankle. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Although it wasn't a clean break. That would have been worse. It depends on how many nerves get damaged. On the other hand, I saw a guy in high school slide into home plate and get his foot caught under it, and his foot was hanging. Sounded and looked like he was in a lot of pain.

I would but it has a warning starting no one over 200 lb can jump on it. I want to get on ours but don't want to injury.

Jumping is always good. "You can't be sad when you're jumping" which is what Johnny Wilder Jr. told me many moons ago. Do you remember Heatwave? They jumped a lot.

One hit wonders-but good dance song.

@sassygirl3869 Absolutely NOT one-hit wonders. The Groove Line, Always and Forever. Mind-blowin decisions. Etc, etc, etc. They had many hits in both Europe and America,. I knew Johnny when he was still living in Germany and his talent was obvious for all to see. The way he tipped his head to the right when he hit a note was sexy as hell. And dear Rod Temperton wrote all the songs on their albums, and went on to write Thriller and many other songs for MJ and others. Da dah.

ok recognize always and forever-weren't as big in states.
