Used to cook a lot - but these days not so much. Have 2 - 1 is a cheap frozen chicken alfredo, add cheese and yogurt after it's done. 2 is mushrooms - sliced crimini - nuked over the top of rice. Add yogurt, cheese, whatever...
(or just order a pizza - my part is easy, though it does take longer to get to eat)

Quick meal: half can Cream of chicken soupwith cheezits and pepper and Salad Supreme seasoning..with a well done cheese omelet and hot breakfast sausage patty or ham or bacon.with a slice of toast and butter.

Banana butty (sandwich). Quicker to prepare than it is to eat, impossible to get it wrong, and full of banana!

Breakfast burrito, a little chorizo, potatoes, eggs, and green chili sauce, you can't go wrong

Bok choy, asparagus, tofu, mushrooms, garlic, olive oil... better than a sundae!

Bowl of rice add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, microwave then add 1 cup frozen pees, stir to thaw peas, season with soy-sauce like sauce, sprinkle with optional Parmesan cheese.

We make cream of mushroom "gravy", add white rice and make cubed steaks.

It was my grandmother's recipe. Reminds me of her
