Mine comes from Cheddar cheese which originates from the village of Cheddar in Somerset, south west England. When placed under a grill and melted on toasted bread followed by a dash of Worcestershire sauce provides substantial morals.

Also one thing a scrape of vegemite is good for enhancing ... unless you're Australian you need the burnt cheesus smell/ taste to make it possible to get vegemite past the tongue without chundering.

Well Portuguese soft cheese is a little bit of heaven on earth.It's seriously the best cheese on the planet.It's the little things that make life so enjoyable.

@silvereyes,the photo doesnt do the taste justice.It really is the most tasty cheese ,it has a depth and character that just cannot be equalled by any country's cheese far as I have experienced. It's hard to get, but served at room temp it kinda melts into a gooey rich fondue...incredible.
Does this help explain the string cheese theory in physics?
