Even if a suit were brought to overturn that recognition, it is inconceivable it would survive even lower court decisions. Additionally, even if it did and the Supreme court reversed themselves (inconceivable) that would not do away with same sex marriage it would make it a State by State issue, which is what I said to begin with.
