No awareness of basic human reproductive biology at all.
It's worse because it's willful ignorance hence malicious.
Then again I was raised in an area where people that occasionally slaughter livestock or deer have told me point blank that animals don't feel any of it, they aren't conscious like people. Their reasoning is that God gave us animals for food and labor, and merciful God wouldn't let them experience real terror the way we would if we were attacked by a wild bear.
It's a war on empathy they know what it is but react violently to defend why we shouldn't care about the horrors in this world and forcing themselves to believe it. When triggered they act as if they find compassion weak, a bit gay or really anything else they don't understand gets thrown in and it's all hell bound.
That's all that the right wing created on Fox manufactured culture war is really, a war on empathy.

It is a war on those with empathy by those who lack both empathy and shame. Religion damages the prefrontal lobes of the brain. Only tryptamines can possibly bring it back.
