Gosh, write anything to anybody and you go up the lower levels quite fast.

Up to level 7 it's a breeze. Between 7 and 8 a bit slower. Between 8 and 9 well, I'll let you know if I ever make it.

Congratulations on reaching level 2. Usually by the time someone asks that, they are already there. It goes a lot slower the further you get.
