Um, no. The GOP is committed to the system's destruction. ... Because they can no longer figure a way to retain power with the rules the system operates under, and, because more than half their number are content to be bribed by the Russians to destroy it. Subversion is so much cheaper than tanks and nukes. And the GQP still love to call the left communists!!!

I'm not so sure that the Russians are doing anything like this, but expect that the GQP has been led to the edge by its greed for money and power. They no longer dive a damn about the country, or its constitution, the latter of which is in their way.
