Freeze warnings past Mother's Day!!
Unheard of here in the Miami Valley.
My late starting of garden plants is, I guess, ok this year.

Big freeze on the way here in the UK too, we are told. Plus a drought and all the nurseries/garden centres closed because of a virus which does not affect plants (irony). Great time to garden. But then it is never is all good when you garden, the living planet was just not designed as a hobby for humans.

The weather map here shows 46-49F degrees in big red letters while some idiot prattles on about snow.......

They are predicting 29 degrees here tonight......last weekend it hit 80 during the day. ?????? I do believe mother nature is seriously pissed. I'm sure the hostas will look like frozen lettuce in a couple of days.... bah, humbug! 😟

Crazy. We broke a record high last week at 86 degrees.

We're chilly here in Omaha, but not freezing.

We are under a freeze warning too. We were last night also but the clouds kept the cold down.
We are now all rain all the time 😟

It's been spitting here all day as the temp drops.

@bigpawbullets It was 56 at 6am. It's dropped to 50 as the day goes by.

We don't plant without protection in Canada until June. Even then we keep a close eye on things or we suffer dead plants.

If you're still in a Greenhouse you're smarter than most! Kudos on the greenhouse use!

Posted by KateOahuI saw some pretty flowers on a walk today. I’d never seen a white Hibiscus before. And I do not know what the pink flowers are.
