From September 2013 until October 2017 this is what my left hand look like Norm'sring was behind mine I honestly couldn't even take the Rings off if my finger itched I'd have to itch around it I was forced to take them off in 2017 because of a surgery and I honestly cried in October of 2017 I had to take them off cuz it was just too cold to wear him and I was afraid they'd slip off

Everybody is different so everybody grieves differently. But I think staying married to your dead spouse only prolongs the horrible sadness and grief.

I remember when I was a kid my mom gave me some advice. She said if some girl ever breaks your heart, go out and find a new love. I think this works when the love of your life dies too. Get out of the grief zone.

It will be one year since Richards passing next month. I haven't taken my wedding band off, and don't plan on taking it off for a good long time, if ever. Hugs to you.🤗
