I can sympathize,Sonia would have been 68 this year,and died too rapidly from cancet.I miss her tremendously

Birthdays, anniversaries, and other special dates are so hard when we lose those we love so much. I am going on 17 months now since I lost Richard, and it’s still very hard. Sending a big hug your way.

my condolences. my wife died 4 years ago. grief will continue but should diminish over time. i think each one with such a loss has to find his/her own way to deal with it. i wish you the best.
