After sharing my story with Wildgreens I realized there may be others on the site who would like to chat about losing their spouse. Sometimes families and friends aren't very supportive after a time as they decide it is time to move on. There is no set time to move on. We move on when and if we are ready not a set date on the calendar. If you have lost a spouse please consider this your group to say whatever you need to say. You are welcome!

I just joined Agnostic.com today, and am glad to find several kindred spirits right away. I'm a baby boomer cat fancier, widowed person. I do welcome having other agnostic widowed persons to compare notes with. It has been 3 and a half years since I lost Ron. I've gone through stages, and doubled back sometimes. Looking forward to sharing with those who are on this journey.

Thanks for starting this group. I had wanted to but my level is too low.

I found this book to be helpful. I went through all the steps in the book with a counselor. It helped me understand my regrets. In fact it has been over a year since I completed the book and I might go read it again

That looks interesting. I wonder how much baggage I am carrying around subconsciously because I never consulted a therapist or even read any books about dealing with grief. I've just been winging it pretty much. Welcome to the group. Thanks for contributing.
