SpikeTalon replies on Dec 7, 2018:
@CaroleKay Hi Carole, don't have alot of time at the moment so figured I'd tag you in this post. Since the conservative group was handed down to me I've received multiple hate messages in private from sock puppet accounts that suggested everything from walking off of a cliff to gargling on shards of glass, all due to the group I host. Since I could not determine who exactly was behind the dummy accounts, I resorted to blocking anyone who had detailed in their bios any hint of disdain toward conservative-leaning individuals, which is why I had blocked and banned you from the conservative group based on what you mentioned in your bio and figured you would never want to converse with me in the first place. The conservative group has been a favored target of trolls, and for months in a row almost on a daily basis I dealt with someone joining the group just to stir up trouble, and after awhile it got to be too much. I didn't come to this site to give anyone else a headache, so I figured blocking was the best route to go, but do know that I never had anything personal against you or any other progressive-leaning individual on this site. Truth be told, I'm not a far-right conservative nor am I a Republican, Libertarian best describes my political stance. There are members on here who I would consider friends and quite a few of them are liberal leaning, Shelton being one of them. Again, the last thing I want is to be a problem to anyone on this site, and at times on here can be most unwelcoming to views that do not align with the liberal left, so I stick to visiting posts/groups where I know the convos are a bit more neutral. I'm well aware of GuyKeith's post in the Senate group over me having him blocked and thus he can't see anything I post in that group, and in light of the recent drama in that group I'm considering dropping out, that way I guess neither him or Pralina won't have to worry anymore about seeing my posts as I won't be in the group anymore. With that much said, if you still do hate me or consider me a conservative troll, I understand, the choice to block me again is still yours.

@DUCHESSA Okay thanks. I heard from other members that guy has been stirring alot of trouble recently, I have him blocked, you can't talk logic with a progressive like him.

Ty for the info. I hate to jump ship, but I agree, you can't have a logical discussion on here if you're conservative. You are just a backwards neanderthal, and don't deserve any respect or consideration of your argument's logic.
SpikeTalon replies on Dec 3, 2018:
I'd hate to jump as well, but never know how things will go down the road, and a handful of conservative members on here already had their accounts deleted, and that's not counting the ones who willingly left due to not being able to stand this site.

The Romans were known for adopting other religions as their own. A good example would be the Greek gods and I think later they adopted Christianity as their own with quite a bit of pagan influence. @Duchessa
SpikeTalon replies on Dec 3, 2018:
@Trajan61 Look up the celebration of Saturnalia, interesting stuff, supposedly took place December 18-25. That's why X-mas is celebrated on the 25th, because it certainly doesn't say so in the holy babble. My ethnicity is mostly Italian, so I'm no stranger to catholicism (my mother is a fanatical catholic), and the catholic church is perhaps one of the most wicked organizations that ever existed in modern times. It makes me sick to think that some of my distant ancestors may have been part of the early catholic resistance against the Roman pagans, or even the witch trials of the 1600's.

@dokala I stand by my claim as well, don't underestimate people when they get pushed into a corner, more people are paying attention than you realize. I don't fantasize about a revolution either, I sincerely don't wish for anything of that sort to ever occur, and of course I cannot speak for others on that. Regarding the silly part, that's your opinion and my own opinion is opposite of that, so neither of us will get anywhere further on that much.

SpikeTalon replies on Nov 30, 2018:
@dokala You may think it's silly, but it raises a good point that would bear some consideration at the least. Calling it silly is strictly your opinion, which of course you are entitled to. I know you weren't advocating either a political left or right approach... as you pretty much didn't advocate anything at all there aside from just giving an opinion. While you could make a case that both sides more often than not do not seek to fully come to an understanding of the problems we face, some of us are fully aware of the situation(s) and are actively thinking of ways to remedy said problems. To claim "no side ever makes an attempt to understand the problem" (key word there ever) would not be accurate. Also, I wouldn't underestimate the power of a pissed off population if I were you, determination can give individuals strength when they need it most. Our society has become so politically correct that alot of my fellow Americans almost automatically fall back on their emotions when an idea/thought/suggestion comes up such as the meme above, as it appears most people do not like it when they are told to owe up in life when faced with complicated decisions, therefore it's far simpler to call such silly or not applicable. By the way, I'm not necessarily saying you were emotional in your comment above, just a general across the board statement.

I've gotten to a point where I fear the liberal progressives far more than the religious as the progressive agenda is a rather aggressive one in which is against individual liberties in favor of a collectivist mentality.
