Tennis,off-road motorcycles, golf, skiing......

Oh yeah, getting your reps on a motorcycle. Do you do the 6-pack thing after that? šŸ™‚

@godef Motocross racing is regarded as one of the most physically demanding sports. I used to be a desert racer and after a 120 mile race it would take a week to recover from the muscle soreness. So yes when you ride at my level it is great way to get a good workout while having fun.

Sex.

Iā€™m just joking. Iā€™m not getting any. ?

@Allie5525 lmfao!
Well lads, you heard her. Commence the nationwide dutch-rudder!

Hike, Hike, and Hike. I call myself a "professional walker".
LOL

I was hoping SOMEONE would mention it!

Lol, that's a great one too!

I love hiking to alpine lakes surrounded by white glaciers and jagged mountain peaks. After dark, I look up and feel awed by the glowing Milky Way and billions of sparkling stars.

We all need more low-level ecstasy in our lives.

I keep in shape by chewing my food very slowly. I eat for sixteen hours each day. I have a very strong jaw.

Exercise IS fun. I go to the gym.

2

Umm spanking the monkey? ?

Kayaking and cycling. But I donā€™t really count the paddling as exercise with the leisurely pace I keep. And sneaking up on critters requires drifting very quietly.

Playing drums would be the closest thing l can come up with.

2

Mosh. Nothing like fast and nasty music being played way too loud to get the blood pumping. Go home covered in sweat - some of it my own.

Taekwando is life man

Playing drums and swimming are my favorite but havenā€™t been able to do either in a while. Gotta get a new kit and my own pool someday. Donā€™t live close enough to the ocean, wonā€™t swim in a lake or public pool lol. Right now itā€™s training with a bo staff and nunchaku. Fun exercise is hard to come by but martial arts weapons are a good cheap way to get there if you donā€™t mind a few self inflicted injuries at first haha.

@Allie5525 haha yeah sometimes this site removes random words when it parses your comment, I gotcha but was gonna say, you know I do! ?

I used to play a lot of recreational softball and volleyball... Recently though, my body has started trying to tell me it's time to slow down and choose stuff that's less physical šŸ˜Ÿ

Bar hop ?

A good scotch, or, rum, or gin, or vodka, or tequila. I don't really drink that much, but l do like all of those. ā˜ŗ

Bike, Swim and Dance. I ride my bike along a coastal path. It's beautiful, relaxing, but also a workout. 12 miles round trip. I also do laps in my condo's pool, which is good exercise, but not as fun as treading water chatting with neighbors, old friends and tourists that also use the pool. Hula dancing is another activity that is fun, flirty sometimes, spiritual in a way sometimes, and good exercise!
