So... I was recently diagnosed with CHF. I'm way too young for that. The Dr discovered it when he had to drain my outer lung sac.
I feel like it's the beginning of the end. My grandmother died of CHF. 
I'm full of worry lately.

CHF can be managed to great effect. It’s up to you to be compliant with your diet, managing your weight, taking your medications exactly as prescribed and making sure you weigh yourself daily.. keep a log, report any big swings to your cardiologist.
