Isn’t that insane to get an education? A pharmacist I work with told me that she and her husband pay $1200 a month on student loans. I was flabbergasted. Good luck.

Honestly, a whole pile of cash--probably 4 or 5 million, at least. There is absolutely something to be said for the healing, healthful power of not having to constantly worry about survival/basic needs. I'd want enough money to make DARN SURE that neither I nor any of my loved ones have to struggle like that again.

If the question is what would I ask for personally in my life, that would definitely be true love. A companion I could count on to always be there, have my back. Honest, loyal and loving. If I were asking for all of humanity, it would be to cut our military budget by 60%, and use the extra money strictly for cancer research.

Xmas 1979, a New-York radio asked the British ambassador what he would most like for xmas. It being not too long since watergate etc. the ambassador thought about it and asked for something small just in case.
