Do you have anyone who you can rely on to be completely wrong, so that no matter what that person says or thinks, you can comfortably conclude that the exact opposite is your truth?

If past experience is any indication, the answer would actually be me. People routinely refuse to believe me, even when it's obvious that I'm correct. Maybe I just have one of those faces.

That's a little hard to believe. ?

or there insecure

I'm not too sure about Trump.
Are you talking about someone who actually believes something that's wrong?
Or, is it someone who know's the truth but is lying about it?
Trump would qualify in both those catagories.

Regardless of the reason, whatever they think, you automatically go the other way. That includes someone who is clearly trolling you just to get a reaction, I know a couple of those too

That would be the definition of Trump, wouldn't it?

My mom. Most of the things she worked so hard to teach me turned out to be wrong.

For example: she taught me to kill, clean, and cook a chicken. It just turned me into a vegetarian.

She taught me to fold cloth diapers and use safety pins, but by the time my kids were born, that was passe.

She taught me to be obedient to adults and men..SO WRONG.

She taught me the Bible was true and to attend church..no way. She meant well and was only trying to pass on her own training, but these days things change too rapidly to be able to do that.

No, just by accident someone has to get something right lol. But I do know one guy who believes every conspiracy theory and crackpot scam out there with a severe lack of scientific knowledge about anything. He's convinced the military has infinite energy generators he thinks he can build himself no problem. Thinks Aliens built the pyramids. The government has a cure for everything and they're just making money off letting people die. You know, the stuff that makes you say "Seems legit". So whenever he's going on about whatever conspiracy is for sure going on since that's all reality is, a bunch of ninjas in the backyard, I just nod, smile and tell him to have a great day. ...then he tells me the sun is a projection on the flat earth...

Not 100% but I think all theist and most conservatives would fit quiet well there. IMHO

Pretty damned close! He is a good guy, but on top if being a devout Christain, he is also into Flat Earth, science is evil, and every thing is a conspiracy.
