I'm so opposed to professional sports because it's money that could be going somewhere else.

I know there are folks who love their sports - but I just see traumatic brain injuries and arthritis.
It entirely sucks the enjoyment out of it. (For me).

I'll admit to watching Figure Skating when the Olympics are on and feeling bad for people who threw their entire lives at a sport. With only three being able to be "At the top" with minor errors separating them.... Makes it hard to enjoy.

Not to mention taxpayer dollars being wasted on it, when they don't need it.

@bingst I see it as "The other religion".

I don't support any professional sports therefore I do not watch it. There are too many people that have real jobs that are doing important things that get paid nothing near what it's worth.

I agree. But still watch baseball.

@GreatNani Understood, and that actually would have been my choice but I'm just not a sports person.

My favourite isn’t there...Rugby. But I’ve clicked on Tennis because I do enjoy watching it too.

Well, this is a dilemma. Probably my favorite for watching is/was arena football. Others include rugby, football and curling for the colorful pants. 🤣
For doing, weightlifting, hiking (more like rambling), biking, and kayaking

I spent most of a day watching curling in a hotel room once. It was surprisingly entertaining!

My absolute fave, though is crab soccer. We played it indoors on rainy days in gym class when I was a kid. Hands down the silliest thing ever!

Of those, hockey - traditional field hockey, rather than ice hockey or any of the other versions. Cycling is even better, though.
