I try to express my appreciation in those moments directly to said members but in case I failed...

Encouragement is strange way to list ones desire to communicate!
Too many seem to be looking for what they miss or missed in life and their daily grind!
Too many more concerned with their spiritual being, than what is actually going down around them, more of an escape avenue!!!
