I will never vote for Bernie Sanders, the grumpy old man. He's a socialist, not a Democrat. He never reveals anything personal about himself.

Not voting is not an option! Even more so for secular/non believers! Because the churches are extremely good at getting their members to the polls and they are most dedicated to the con men who lead them and the con man in chief now in the a White House. If you don’t vote in November and the country you love turns into a Christian version of Iran or Afghanistan under the Taliban, with public flogging and death squads for blasphemy, you could have stopped it.

Elections are for determining the will of the people.
Voting for a candidate that represents your interests is functional democracy.
Being manipulated to vote for a candidate who doesn't represent your interests is corruption.
Shaming people for voting their true preference is short-sighted, self-defeating narcissism.
Own it.
Staying home makes no sense. There are plenty of down ticket contests that are important as well as proposition issues.
Although the presumptive Democrat nominee and Republican are both supported by the establishment and corporate special interests, Trump, being what he is, makes the choice stark.

A non-vote is a vote for Trump. A vote for a third party is a vote for Trump. Is Biden a sleazy womanizer/probable rapist? Yes. Does he have cognitive decline? Yes, his brain is melting. In those regards, this is one gigantic shit sandwich and we're all going to have to take a big bite.
HOWEVER....
The supreme court will likely be safer with Biden. We MAY even get back into the Paris climate agreement.
