I always get a little boost of happy walking around my neighborhood with my dog. The Biden and Democrat yard signs outnumber the Trump signs by at least five to one! I also know realistically that all the houses without signs, this being Lancaster PA, are probably Trump voters, but at least for a moment I can enjoy the illusion. It sure didn’t help in 2016 when the signage was similar.
Plus on a ride out through the country last week, the one town I went through was smothered in Trump garbage. I was depressed for a couple of days!
Buy a bag of beef jerky; and every time your dog pees on a Trump sign, reward him with a piece of jerky!
He is very picky about where he pees! He wouldn't want to waste a good pee on a Trump Trash sign. LOL
Down here (slightly north of hell) among the opposite, the Deplorables.. ..it’s been difficult enjoying the magnificent scenery after the one-hundredth trump sign.. We’ve one local nutcase who’s painted his house for trump! Made the news ~
But the trump Shrines are something else ...idiots having gathered ‘trump swag’ for the last 4 years, increasing their collection as if in competition
For me, I’ll admit, I was too ..scared to put up a Hillary sign 4 years back.. This year - got one of two Biden-Harris on the block -- and was responsible for the second! The only way I can continue to enjoy this motorcycle mecca though is think to myself - there’s one without a trump sign … maybe they’re woke
I live in Chester County. This is very exciting, and not what I would have expected. I guess it depends on what part of Lancaster County you're in, and yeah...the more rural and less educated, probably the more Trump signs. Here in West Chester, I don't see many yard signs at all.
I’m actually in a mostly upper middle class area right on the edge of the city. A lot of empty nesters and an influx of younger couples and families. The signs are in both demographics yards, which also surprised me. Our local, state and federal representatives trend to be mostly Republican, the city itself mostly Democrat. I guess the Dems stay closer to the city since where I live is right along side.
