I’m so sorry for your loss whether a lost love or a death, science says it stings in the same place in the mind. It seems only time will heal the wound but having a support group of friends and family also helps immensely! Try not to be alone!

I'm sorry. Mother daughter relationships can be challenging. Though you had an estranged relationship, at the end of the day, you only have one mom. I sometimes wonder if part of the grief is that there is no longer a possibility of reconciliation. :-/

I am so very very sorry. Look after yourself give yourself lots of time, estranged or not sadness will take its toll. Nothing takes the pain away. Just let yourself cry...and slowly you will heal enough to manage a new chapter.
