POLLI've noticed that, when debating a subject, many people perform web searches for their topic and then provide links to studies... but never bother to fact check or sometimes to even read the links they're providing. A couple examples: - I was just ...

7 votes I only use sources that I have read with citations that I have cross-referenced, and found to be credible.
6 votes I at least skim the article and check for facially obvious flaws.
1 vote I try to read or skim articles, but I'm often pressed for time and I am willing to use a source even if I haven't verified it.
0 votes I use any study or article whose title or headline seems to match my argument. I don't read the sources.
