I am happy on those nights I am playing music. We are a very consistent band, so I never come off the stage feeling bad about our playing. If not actually happy every time I play, I do get lost in the music, and that is a great place to get lost.

I have found for most people, when they drive into that kind of altitude the gradual climb helps the adjustment, while flying in makes it much more difficult. I never had a problem either way. A hit of pure oxygen is suppose to help.
